3. Timing: The Promotion begins on September 28, 2020 at 5:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on October 28, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the "Promotion Period"). Doesn't make sense
I woke up at 3:30 am and played, and for sure thought I'd get a win at that time, but I got 10 stars (happy with that) and a silly raffle ticket! How can you lose at that time?
I keep getting raffle tickets. But I did win a $100 starbucks gift card a few months ago so maybe they already have me whitelisted for a big win lol

first time i used a coupon it read fine with no special effort, but every other time, they didn't work until a cashier figured out there is a discount button they need to push on their end for the scanner to read the coupon

As for grocery stores, i have had them tell me in the past you cannot use rewards there or even reload your starbucks card on the app (they do reload physical cards but not the app)
