Possible 10% off one item at Best Buy - YMMV

I know people have mixed feelings about the
"check your email you would never check for a coupon you probably missed posts"
but I have benefitted from them in the past and thought I would post this.
Disclaimer - YMMV - I searched but no one posted about it.

I got an email yesterday w/ the subject:
Thinking about moving, NAME? Save 10% on a single item for your home.

No, I did not fill out any mail forms in person or digital.
No, didn't add any new address.
No, didn't shop for moving items (appliances, media centers,??) lately - last item I bought was a Nintendo switch game.
Yes, I am Best Buy Elite - not sure it matters

10% off one item
Expires 11/21/20
Good Luck - Hope other people got this one!

FYI, these coupons are tied to Best Buy accounts. They cannot be given out if buying online. Not sure about in store.

I got one of these about a month ago. It was set to expire this month on the 19th funny is that it doesn't apply to many name brand stuff but it does to Nvidia products. The 3080 and 3090 applied!!

However no luck finding it in stock that is until last Friday a friend alerted me to the restock. I missed the 3080 but l got the 3090 for 10% off = $150 then I had another $150 in rewards!!! Both stacked and I saved $300 on the 3090!

If I hadn't gotten the 3090 I probably would have ended up buying some klipsch speakers that it applies to.

Thankfully mines expires Nov. 21. Crossing my fingers some 3080 we'll be in stock.

Is there a legit way to get this? I literally just moved
You could try the post office, that's where I used to receive my 10% off Mover's Coupon. If they are tying directly to Best Buy accounts, maybe Best Buy isn't involved directly any longer. But the last time I grabbed a Mover's packet they were in there, it's been about 3 years. If you have one around you, stop by the Post Office and ask for a Mover's packet.

Damn. When I moved (recently), I never got one. If anyone would be so kind as to share a PDF for an in-store purchase, I'd really appreciate it...

Getting the same error on my BB Visa 10% code and their chat appears to be broken today. Can't sit on the phone at work for a long hold time, will try later and see what happens.

They fixed it. If you click on the link in email again . You will see a new promo Code

In my case the code doesn't work if you try to buy 2 nest smoke detectors. Only 1

Is this one time use in any case? Like if I buy something online, does the physical card no longer work?

I have the email. I can't get this offer to apply. The instructions are stupid.
1. Click Shop now.
2. Sign In
3. Click Apply at checkout.

I don't get it. What am I applying!? How does one actually get this offer to work?

the last step "place your order"

Under "Payment Information" you will see

"Use a Best Buy Gift Card, Discount Code or Store Credit"

Enter the code you got in your email for online orders

I think the code is "Appreciation10"

Don't forget the code doesn't work on clearance and anything on sale.

Thanks. Unfortunately that code didn't work. I don't see a promotion code anywhere in the email. Nothing in the promotion links. I went into my BB Account offers and see the 10% offer, but no promotion code there either.

Just the silly repeated instructions of logging in and hitting apply.

Well I have the barcode to use in store, but hey... the item I'm looking at is online only. Ugh. Guess I gotta go in to ask them to order for me...

No sir.

Above my bar code is my member ID, and some other nonsense text to download the app.
