Might be waiting a while. Presumably the oasis/voyage premium devices would see color before the paper white.

The key being where I said 'for upgrade'. I don't think this generation of Kindle at 8gb offers much in terms of tangible features compared to most previous generation Kindles.

The Amazon returns section doesn't make it clear what items are exceptions to the extended return period. Chatted with an agent, and he actually didn't know and was unhelpful.

I've not used Alexa before....
I just set up Alexa on my Android phone. I'm signed in to my prime account. I say "Alexa Order a Kindle Paperwhite" and I see a notification that Alexa added a kindle paperwhite to my cart in the amazon app.
But then when I go to checkout, there's no discount. The price is $129 + tax.

Any tips on what I'm doing wrong? Voice Shopping is enabled in Alexa App settings. 1 click purchase is enabled.

Is a Kindle a good alternative to reading ebooks on a Macbook or iPad? Which Kindle should i get? I do like books with photos or illustrations. Should I wait to get those new color e-readers? Should I just get a new tablet that's good for e-books, including the ones with pics?

In terms and conditions it specifically says it won't work in the Alexa app. You need an echo device.

I ordered one for my aunt today and wanted to change the shipping but only option is one-day, tomorrow.
