Ordered the Verizon sim. Arrived in 2 days. After chatting and then calling I was able to stack it with Verizon sim I purchased back in March 2020.

Hopefully they put it on sale again for $29.99 within the next few months.

Chat told me "The SIM card and airtime card is a bundle" so can't stack. Guess will have to call CS?

Technically it's not supposed to. Think of this as an introductory promotion with a cable/internet company $29-$60 plus tax for the first year and $118.75 -$125 plus tax for 365 Service Days 1500 Minutes 1500 Texts 1.5 GB of Data for every year after that....is what they want you to do

It's all come down to how you word things and which agent you get. Which why I had to call and why many people are having issues/difficulty.

Gotcha, agent was able to add it, but I was really under impression that this 1200Call/1200Txt/3GB per month. So, this is really quota for entire year, I guess!

HERE ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS TO EXTEND YOUR CURRENT SERVICE FOR ANOTHER YEAR

1.Login to your account
2.Click ACTIVATE on top
3.Click I AM BRINGING MY OWN SMARTPHONE
4.Click on NO I DON'T HAVE ONE/NOT SURE
5.Click on I HAVE AN UNLOCKED GSM PHONE cause that's what I have
(My sim ordered was for T-Mobile meaning my sim card outer layer says T-MOBILE COMPATIBLE because even though my phone is unlocked, I use T-mobile service on my unlocked phone) Just so anyone is confused, my Tracfone line is just something as a spare, I rarely use it for Offerup and I pop out my T-Mobile card and insert Tracfone temporarily. I miss my Huawei Dual Sim Phone
6.Click on YES, I ALREADY HAVE ONE (ENTER YOUR NEW SIM CARD NUMBER FROM CARD) usually starts with 8901
7.Click CONTINUE at disclaimer
8.Do you want to keep your number, click YES
9.At SELECT THE NUMBER YOU WANT TO KEEP
Click on select device drop down menu and choose your EXISTING Tracfone number or click ADD another number if extending service on another number
10.YOUR REQUEST HAS BEEN SUBMITTED
11.INSERT your NEW SIM CARD meaning replace your EXISTING Tracfone sim card with your new Tracfone sim card
DONE

Your service will extend 1 YEAR from current date of plan expiration Mine was expiring on 10/21/2020 so it got extended to 10/22/2021. I don't see any reason if someone's was expiring in December would extend till December 2021

HOPE THIS HELPS
Ok, so I received my second Verizon SIM kit and tried to follow this direction here, but I could not get pass the IMEI step because the phone is activated with TracFone already and the tracfone site will throw an error for me to call customer service. Did I miss anything here?

Thanks.

Can't say because I didn't have a tracfone

So here are the choices:
Activate:
Have tracfone/Bring my own phone/My device
Enter SIM number
Enter IMEI (no way to get pass this step)

If for the SIM, I chose I don't have or not sure, it will lead me to a page to select which carrier. I chose Verizon compatible, then it shows the IMEI page and stuck there.

How about trying to enter IMEI of an unlocked phone you have laying around. But I think you may need a Verizon branded phone. What phone do you have now? Only the Tracfone you mentioned?

I have an iPhone which used to work on Verizon. I don't have another Verizon compatible phone :-(.

Will CSR help to activate this new SIM and combine the mins/data, etc?

When it asks you which phone? What are you selecting on STEP 3. Which phone. Bring your own?

Yes, I selected bring my own.

I just tried that I have a TracFone, and it also needs to enter the IMEI and then stuck, LOL.

I can confirm that using another phone extends the expiration for Verizon. I activated 3 SIMs, first one myself, 2nd one agent, 3rd by providing IMEI for another phone. I would just turn off any active/unlocked device, use that IMEI, activate SIM, and use the new SIM on that TracFone.

That's the same issue I had. As I posted above, chat was able to add the plan attached to the new SIM to my existing SIM.
