It's all come down to how you word things and which agent you get. Which why I had to call and why many people are having issues/difficulty.
"Q: Will my minutes and benefits transfer from my current Tracfone phone and plan to the new phone and plan bundle?

I screen-shotted it just in case I had issues activating.
You must have tried using with a locked TF on Verizon, seems to be what causes problems since this is meant for BYOP.

(My sim ordered was for T-Mobile meaning my sim card outer layer says T-MOBILE COMPATIBLE because even though my phone is unlocked, I use T-mobile service on my unlocked phone) Just so anyone is confused, my Tracfone line is just something as a spare, I rarely use it for Offerup and I pop out my T-Mobile card and insert Tracfone temporarily. I miss my Huawei Dual Sim Phone

1. I am using a BYOD unlocked iPhone.
2. Return was easy: a return shipping label was provided right after filing a refund claim.
3. Don't forget to leave a *negative* feedback on eBay for the seller!
Since my account has been tranferred to the new SIM (except that no new services were added), I can't return this SIM unless I contact Tracfone again and switch back to my old SIM. This is very annoying. What did other people do in this case when returning the kit?
