I ordered 12 Pro on Oct 28 from ATT&T -- they said it won't ship until Dec 12 or something like that. My buddy ordered Oct 23 from ATT&T and got his shipped within a week. Huge time difference, not sure why.

Can you return your trade in phone to an AT&T corporate store by itself, or do you have to wait for the trade in packaging to come first and hand it in with that?

Just got an email stating that my online 12pro order will be delivered today. I also got a separate email about a trade-in kit being mailed soon.
Hopefully they still honor my 8plus for $800 when I ordered, compared to the lower $700

I posted above you and did not get an answer. I received my phone last Friday, and the trade-in envelope package yesterday. However, I was able to bypass the mail in process and just went into an AT&T corporate store today and traded it in, I brought the information mailed to me incase they needed it (they didn't).

It's probably because that's the #1 question that's been asked in this thread for the past month. The threads expired and most have already gone to the store to trade theirs in.

I bought iPhone 12 online and traded the iPhone se 2020 in a store and they gave me a receipt .... my bill got generated and already see the full 800$ credit being applied... got charged 26.67$ for the phone and got a credit of 26.67$......so yes.... you can trade in at a corporate att store

Received my iPhone 12 a couple of weeks ago. My cracked iPhone 8 is out for repair and for various reasons I'm going to be pushing quite close to the 30 day trade in window. I hope ATT honors the deal.

Did you go to the store after the $800 promo got reduced to $700??

If i go to the store to complete my 8plus trade in, will they be able to pull up info that i qualified for the $800 promo??
