Spoke to rep, they said $200 tenure does not stack with the trade-in promo of $415 in case of my X. Can anyone confirm we get 200 on top off trade in value? Getting mixed reports..thanks.

A person can pay off the phone in full at any time and the credits still continue as long as the line remains active. The bill credits are tied to the line, not the phone.

Conflicting information on what plans qualify for the $200 and what doesn't. Seems like its better to wait and see. To add the 5 year limit and then exclude grandfather plans is the biggest slap in the face EVER.

Sooo i got off the phone with another rep. The 200 tenure plus trade in do stack as it should.

Dont get the reason for it not to...why would someone just get 200 and not the full trade in value? Seems like some reps are not on the same page.

Not sure bout the plans but my military one plan qualifies.

I have the the grandfathered T-Mobile Simple choice plan with 4 lines and I have been with them for 5+ year. I will jump for the iphone 12 and trade in my iphone 8.

Not sure if anyone responded to you, but no your interpretation seems to be incorrect. If you look at the above promos, you can actually trade in a iphone 1st gen up to an iphone 11. As long as you meet the new line or existing customer criteria, you could be eligible for this one as well
