I'm interested in the third and fourth. Trade in and the loyalty deal. But the rep basically said I'm eligible to get both the trade in offer and $200 loyalty rebate when I add a new line with trade in.

You can easily sell your iPhone XS for over $400 on Facebook Marketplace or get $500 tradein credit from T-Mobile. Not much of a deal IMHO.
Edit: missed the additional $200 off for customers of 5+ years

i just switch out to creckwireless 2 months ago and got a iphone 8 plus. can I trade in the unlock phone and get this deal?

can I port my number to Mint mobile and port back?

Then the rep was mistaken.
Maybe they were looking at the rules for the second deal, and not the third deal.

I am not exactly sure of the breakdown but the base plan ages ago was 2 lines for $100 with one added free line. I just added the second free line last month. My overall bill is higher since I pay $2 for Netflix and $5 for an Apple watch (after autopay). I am happy with my plan (and so far no need to switch to Magenta) but I know others have better deals.

The loyalty rebate is so stupid. The condition for it is so restrictive. Trade in phone must be iPhone. Have an THE IPHONE you will trade in active during period Aug 2 - Oct 2. 😵😳

Maybe. They just keep transferring me. Another rep said only the trade in deal shows up for me but I've been with Sprint for well over 5 years. I guess I just have to wait until I can preorder and see what happens. *sigh*

Aren't you the person who ask me about the add a line deal last month? So you saying they actually allow you to add a line to that original 2+1 $100 plan?

T-Mobile hasn't necessarily been that great at communicating all the details of last minute promos like this to their reps in the past. You could ask three reps and get three different answers.

Just trust the system and place your preorder on Friday and process your trade-in online.
Keep a copy of the support page for your records.
