F Me, I just noticed that for my traded in phone, while I have the correct IMEI for it, I selected it as being a 16gb phone instead of 32gb phone. Will that be a problem? Or do they just go by the IMEI anyway?

Traded in 2 phones. Order status page reflects order but trade in listed value is all wrong despite it being right during the checkout process. Is this par for the course with T-Mobile?

Trade ins are processed by IMEI and your trade in value will just be adjusted (if need be) at the time it's processed. I've had Costco reps do the same or select the wrong color.. no issues at all as long as it's an eligible device for the offer and the IMEI matches.

Does anyone know if I can upgrade one phone this morning and then upgrade others later today? I pay for my in-laws phones and they are on my plan, so I need to gather their phone information.

Thank you! It's an old SE1 and both are worth just $14 straight up in trade value anyway, I just always worry about rebates and credits! Smilie
