Try changing carrier to Apple - Generic if you did T-Mobile or Vise Versa. At the end of the day the IMEI matching is what matters to them.

The value of the trade-in is the amount you get when you send the phone in. The balance of $415 you get in the bill credits over the 30 months. That's how T-Mobile does their trade-ins.

On chat with T-Mobile for over 1.5 hrs. I can't get a straight answer. iPhone 6s trade in $215 PLUS $200 rebate for loyalty? Tmobile one plan. Thanks all

It seems for this specific deal, the system is throwing the entire promo amount across 30-month bill credits.

Just stopped by Costco, its the same deal T-mobile has with the trade in. No android trade in options with the promotions. Also, they aren't taking pre-orders because their systems are overwhelmed at the moment. No additional gift card deals or discounts.

Did anyone else get 24 months on their EIP ? My EIP agreement has the payment plan for 24 months Vs 30 months that appears to be the norm!



Device bought on EIP - iPhone 12 Pro 256 GB
Downpayment - $350 + Tax ( $90.xx )
Device To be Traded In - iPhone XS 64 GB
EIP Monthly Payments of ( $31.25 - (Bill Credit) $20.xx = $11.xx )

IF you are trading more than one phone in for one line+phone then you can't. you cant trade in the same amount of phones vs the amount of lines+iphone12s you get.

So I have a Verizon refurbished by Asurion iPhone8. Would they accept Asurion reconditioned phone? It literally says on the back remanufactured by Asurion.

Right, and mine said $0 for my iphone xr. So it appears i will get $415 spread out across as bill credits, as opposed to the one time bill credit of value of iphone xr and then then the rest in bill credits. Few posts above confirms that.
