So the way I understand this from a lot of T-Force messages is:

If I have an iPhone XR I get $415 credit. The trade in value is "$200" so they said the *trade in value* goes towards the BILL not device... and the remainder of the $415 so "$215" is split and becomes monthly credits for the device. Kinda dumb!


and the of course the $200 T-Mobile loyalty credit.

I think I know why you got the lower value. You have to finance it on the EIP to get the $415. If you pay in FULL, you will get the lower trade in value.

1. Phone must be able to turn ON

2. No screen damage

3. No water damage

4. Find my iPhone disabled.

Is there anyway to find out how long I have been with Tmobile without contact customer services? I like to take advantage of the $200 rebate but I am not sure what year I started using Tmobile.

The call I made took less than 5 minutes given if you get lucky and talked to your local region rep. If you get India reps, good luck.

You don't have to chat with them. Just buy the device. T-Mobile will give you the rest of the credit on the EIP automatically.

How do they give you the $200 credit back? I talked to multiple sprint customer service and they said that it is the system that doesn't give me the loyalty credit and they cannot do anything. Do they give you $200 right away? Or they just "promise" you will receive that over the next 30 months?
