The best way to get your questions answered is through the T-Mobile app if you are an existing customer.

1. Sign into your account

2. Click on the chat icon on the top right corner of the screen.

3. Enter "Message a live Expert"

4. Type your question


You will get a notification pop-up on your phone when they type back. Don't worry about replying right away. Another agent may take over the conversation and answer your question. You will also have a hard copy screenshot for any disputes.

You guys all ok with 30 months to pay back??
24 months seems like a LONG time already. 30 months and you're out of sync with new phones, so it's essentially 36 months before getting a new model.

If you pay off your EIP first, you can keep your current credits while being able to get a new phone promo.

Tried to add a line to trade in my SE but it has me changing plans so I'll have to pay 50$ more on the new magenta plan which it comparing the new vs old and they look the same to me other than I'll pay 50$ more so it's a no go for me

Front screen can't have a crack. It's one of the only three criteria they have:
  • Turns On
  • No Crack on Front Screen
  • No Water Damage (Liquid Damage Indicator not tripped or missing)

When the trade pin is via sent in verse in store, you can get away with more slight defects. Crack across screen is typically NG. I've send chip on corners edge of screen, cameras issues, etc with no trade in issues. Not for the other estimate in the other reply.

We've had no issues with single tiny chip at corner edge when sent in vs. trade in at T-Mobile store.
