I ordered on the 17th and all 3 iPhone 12 pros just shipped today. Now I'm getting buyers remorse and want the 12 pro max. How difficult would it be to exchange for the iPhone pro max? What would the process be? Would I need to to do a return and start a new order?

You will be out 70.00 restocking fee per phone. That's 210.00 for your buyer remorse lol. Not to mention the hassle of canceling your trade in device.

There is no penalty if buying online. Only store charges restocking fee.

My bill just generated - here's proof that you can have more than one EIP bill credit promo as long as you pay off the phone and keep the account active. Any info of this promo will continue for pro max per-orders ? As per t-mobile Twitter handle it will but still uncertain if I should cancel my pro order and wait for pro max!

I'd wait if I had to have the other models. The carriers are still fighting for your business. The delivery delay dates indicate that the 12 pro is a bigger hit than thought (insert covid exception clause here**).

No down side to continue the rebates for t-mobile - they are putting us into contracts for 30 months.

Cross-posting my question here from another thread. If I did a T-Mobile promotion through Costco ( a straight VGC credit after 8 weeks, still processing,) can I do this monthly credit promotion through T-Mobile directly?

if you have another phone to trade in and provided the T-mobile promotion is still running, why not? That means you will be getting 2 iPhone 12 with 2 different trade in. If you are trying to to trade in the same phone with Costco and then later with T- mobile, that's a no go. Are you trying to game the system by getting a promotion with Costco and the T-mobile with one phone trade in?

Thanks. The Costco offer was on one of my lines and involved a completely different phone that has been sent in for a rebate that is pending. I also have a couple of 6s iPhones lying around so I was wondering if having participated in that Costco promotion meant that I couldn't do the this one for the iPhone 12 through T-Mobile on that same line.

Ah, so yes then since Costco is completely paid off. Your 6s should be fine then for another trade in with T-mobile for the same line. Guess you getting another iPhone 12 for someone else ? Confirm with T-mobile rep just in case.

Yes. Looking to upgrade both lines again. T-Mobile reps don't sound very sure either. TEX said no until I told them the Costco offer didn't involve bill credits and also was an upgrade, with no Carrier Freedom, line cancellations, etc. At that point she changed her mind.

I was also told the in-store reps would be able to tell if the line qualifies for the upgrade. We'll see what they say.

I really hope this is the case. I'm gonna have to mentally prepare myself for a battle though. I haven't received the 3 iPhone 12 pros yet and I haven't traded in my phones yet. I hope that I can cancel my current order and re-order the 12 pro max and still do the trade ins.
