Just checked - 60 day minimum service: https://www.xfinity.com/mobile/su...lock-phone
If you are not a heavy data user, say less than 3GB monthly, major savings are available. I was with Verizon and all the costs just kept adding up. Monthly fee, line fee, 911, taxes, regulatory, on and on....

Is Xfinity right for everyone, no. Is it right for savers who don't use a phone constantly for streaming, for video, for online gaming, for regular Google mapping; yes it is.

My monthly bill is between $16 and $28, just depends on data usage. Locations I had a problem with Verizon service are the same locations I have problems with Xfinity, but those are very, very few.

My Verizon bill, no matter what was around 60 per line. Don't need to pay all that money to pad someone else's pockets.

Look at your monthly data avg., to see what makes cents and dollars.

No rebates are showing up for me and I ordered around XMAS eve. Is there a number I can call to reach them?
There's a number to call on this website

I had ordered and activated 2 iPhones on Xfinity Mobile in Dec (12/1 and 12/7; one device I used the new sim card that shipped with it, and the other device I just migrated the already active XM line's sim card and ditched the brand new one). Afterwards the xfinity rewards site displayed the pending eligibility status for only one reward for the $250 prepaid card. I figured maybe they couldn't track the activation length on the migrated sim and only honored the "new" sim. Around January that status disappeared completely from my xfinity rewards list so it only showed previously fulfilled promotions. But this week I received an email to my xfinity account's inbox stating congratulations you have fulfilled the eligibility and will be receiving the total $500 value on a prepaid card via USPS. Shipped 2/24. Hopefully this helps anyone still experiencing an issue with the reward being processed since my order was pretty late in the promotion.

I bought an iPhone 12 mini and an iPhone SE late November and early December respectively. At the end of December I received the first $250 Visa card (which was much earlier than expected). The second $250 Visa arrived on Feb 26th. I had previously been quite nervous because the status site only showed the 1 Visa card. I called in and was told that this was a limitation of the webpage and that it could actually show status for the second card until there was a status change. I found this to be true, because status for both the fulfilled and the nearly shipped card did show when I checked 2 weeks ago and even now too.

I am still waiting to see if I will get the $50 BYOD Visa cards for either phone. I see only one listed and it still says "Eligibility Pending" like it always has. Not holding my breath, but still holding on to some hope.

Just received a third $250 rebate card for two iPhone 12 orders. Thank you Xfinity. They still haven't fixed my free iPhone se issue but apparently just blindly sending rebate cards out

Received both my $250 prepaid cards for two iPhones purchased in November. Can I now replace one of the device with another new iPhone and again get the $250 card? Anyone tried this?
I did the same. Got my prepaid card in December for an October order. Purchased another one in January but still no update. I called them today and the reward center rep is saying its one $250 card per line (not sure how accurate based on the terms and conditions). Did you end up trying this?

FWIW, here's my unusual experience with this promo.

I have multiple lines on my account. I upgraded one line to the iPhone 12, paid it off in full at the time of purchase, and had it unlocked a couple of days after activation. A few days later, I saw that this line was listed as an 'upgrade eligible' again. So, I tried ordering another iPhone on the same line, and to my surprise the order went through. It clearly showed the $250 card during check out.

I don't know if this was a glitch in their system, or if it is supposed to work this way. I am keeping my fingers crossed.
Did you end up getting two $250 prepaid card for the same line?

Yes, I did. One for each iPhone purchase, both on the same line.
