This pan combo is on sale for 59.99(orig.99), with the additional discount of 30% from the code, it comes out to 41.99. This is a great deal for a 10 and 12-inch Calphalon nonstick pans.
Neither set is compatible with induction so it's a wash. Calphalon seems to be made in USA vs China from All-Clad. Calphalon can be used with metal utensil. Calphalon is safe up to 450 degrees while All-Clad up to 500 degrees. The All-Clad seems quite heavy holding it. Don't know how the Calphalon weighs but several reviews said they're lighter than they look.

The All-clad set are induction compatible. I do not have them, but a simple google search on the All-Clad website confirms this. They are indeed made in china.
FWIW, the Calphalons have a lifetime warranty while the All-Clad are limited lifetime.
