Is everyone else's audio on this TV incredibly loud even at a low setting of like 3? I feel like this Hisense volume is too much and I can't find a setting to adjust in Android. I'll see if maybe there's a firmware update.

I definitely set mine on the low end of the scale, it tops out at 100. Xbox at 3 to 5, computer at 5 to 10, broadcast tv at 5 to 10.

Mine got an update when first set up, nothing since.

Edit: The TruBass, TruSurround, and Dialog Clarity options all increase the volume. I disabled all of them.

Thanks. Yeah I did the update and that didn't help. I'll try the different Tru mode changes. What helped a little bit was changing to Late Night sound mode instead of Standard.

You can go to setting ==>Sound==>Sound Mode ==> Late night it makes it better.

Why do you think they only have this only as curbside/in store pickup? Not everyone has a proper sized car to transport it or would prefer home delivery due to pandemic risk

Thank you for your reply. That's one great feature for watching live sports. Dang, I'm replacing a 50" tcl but it has that feature. I might look into a 65" tcl roku tv but I already have the tv at home.

I just bought the TCL 65S434 Android TV. It does have live TV pause. You do have to insert a USB drive and enable the TV pause function.

That is an android tv too not a roku one isn't it? What's the difference? Where do you enable the live tv pause feature in that tv? I already looked everywhere and I can't find anything in the Hisense.

I really don't want to go thru the hassle of returning the tv, I don't like doing that.

Did they replace it? And did your replacement have a panel gap? I have the same problem, along the bottom bezel.

I had scheduled replacement/return for last Thursday but recieved a call on Wednesday because order was canceled due to out of stock.

I called back and was offered another replacement according to rep it will be back in stock on Monday. New exchange and return set for Tuesday. (I called twice, had them escalate call to supervisor, I was also offered a substitute within same price range).
Although, I jump on the Target TCL 65" for $230 (minus 5% cashback) just in case BB canceled the order again. Picked up TCL today, looks good no issues. Its going in the master bedroom, replacing a Sony 55" 3d lcd.
