My warning lights go off when you can't even find the item on the manufacturer's website. Probably a holiday special model just for Best Buy. They'll blow trough this sku and it'll never be seen again. Might not bode well for long-term firmware support.
Do you mean TP-Link AX3000?

Some comparison:

TP-Link AX3000

Dual-Core CPU
2X2 (Tx/Rx) up to 2.4 Gbps on the 5GHz
2x2 (Tx/Rx) up to 574 Mbps on the 2.4GHz

VS

Netgear AX5200

Triple-core 1.5GHz processor
4x4 (Tx/Rx) up to 4.8Gbps on 5GHz 1024 QAM 20/40/80/160MHz
2x2 (Tx/Rx) up to 460Mbps 256 QAM 20/40MHz on 2.4GHz

This may be better than the AX4300 at Costco...but Costco is lifetime return policy pretty much. Definitely going with that one as it should be more than enough for me

Went ahead and pulled the trigger on this been waiting on a nighthawk model to go on sale and this is a pretty good deal for a pretty spec decent device. Purchased at the Best Buy was able to unbox, setup, dl iPhone app and have everything up and running in about 20mins. The app makes everything simple with the qcode setup. Was able to create my old ssids with ease and every device connected as well. So far there has been one firmware update after initial setup. Have not experienced any dead zones yet so it has checked off one of the reasons I wanted to upgrade from my old WiFi. I am happy with this purchase....so far.

How is it comparing to Costco TP-Link Archer AX3200 Wi-fi 6 Tri-Band MU-MIMO Router [costco.com] at $179
Is there any advantage on tri-band but slower speed?

A bit OT, but since I have you Experts here I figure I should ask:
1. Is Netgear NightHawk R7000 better/same as Asus AC66?
2. Scared to get a Netgear, what's the best/reliable tri band Asus?
Thks

If it is 100 bucks off, this might worth it considering I got a tp link x 3000 for 129 bucks.
I also got the tp link ax3000 and think I will return it and get this one instead. Although I'm not sure how I feel about getting another Netgear router. I had the R7000 and it keeps rebooting itself twice a day.

Can't find reviews on this router anywhere, must be new or I'm doing something wrong. Any thoughts on this deal?

I ordered one. Am I going to reconnect every device 🤞🏻, or will they connect automatically?

If you use the same network name(s)/ssid and security settings that your current setup has, your devices should connect automatically. https://www.howtogeek.com/210597/...r-upgrade/

This seems to be nearly identical to the RAX50. The only difference is that the 2.4GHz max speed is reduced from 600Mbps to 460Mbps

Yes. What makes you concerned it wouldn't? As I understand all routers that don't have a built in modem are compatible with fios?

Here is what appears to be the biggest difference between the two models:

AX48 (this deal):
6-stream WiFi with up to 5.2Gbps† for fast wireless speeds‡
WiFi speeds up to 460Mbps + 4.8Gbps with 6-stream connectivity***
1024-QAM—25% increased data efficiency and faster speeds than a 256-QAM router
160MHZ channel support*** doubles the speeds as offered by 80MHz channels to provide Gigabit speeds for compatible mobile devices and laptops

AX50 (what is likely the same model with better features):
6-stream WiFi with up to 5.4Gbps† for fast wireless speeds‡
WiFi speeds of up to 600+4800Mbps†
1024 QAM provides 25% increased data efficiency and faster speeds than a 256 QAM router
Enjoy greater than 1Gbps WiFi speeds for blazing-fast streaming and downloading to newer mobile devices

What impact will these differences make? I am most concerned about the WiFi speeds part.

Is this worth an upgrade from the NETGEAR - AC1750 Dual-Band Wi-Fi 5 Router: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/netgear-ac1750-dual-band-wi-fi-5-router-black/9054017.p?skuId=9054017&r... [bestbuy.com]
