This is not that bad. Better than the Walmart deal (currently OOS) because it nearly matches the number of big containers while giving more smaller ones for less money. And better than the Walmart BF deal because it doubles the number of bigger containers for just $1.24 more. (The sizes aren't listed, so I had to go off the photos to determine what's in the box.)

The 7-, 5-, and 3-cup are good for several servings of food. I get the most use out of the 3- and especially 5-cup. The 2- and 1.25-cups are only good for a single serving - I mostly use them for kids snacks. I haven't found a use for the 0.5 cup.

Nice fine. I have this set and really like it because the lids snap together so makes it easier for storing and finding lids that fit. I bought two packs a few years ago and it takes up a small footprint in my cabinet.

I have a elderly mother and 0.5 ones to prepare her medicines with apple sauce followed by ligou de to get remainder of medicine. It's also good if u need to mix some medicine, like Miralax, in which u need to liquids. It keeps the quantity of liquid down and is easier than giving her a full cup of liquid.

I would suggest getting glass containers. Even if plastics say they're BPA or microwave safe, it doesn't mean other chemicals (that are known to FDA or health bans) don't leech into foods still, especially at high temperatures. They cost more, but developing some chronic disease later will cost exponentially more. Check out Consumer Reports article about it.
