I will say that it was worth it at full price if you are looking for a USB-C portable monitor. For me it's perfect because I only use it for my laptop and it keeps my hdmi port open if I want to use a 3rd monitor. I tried the cheap AOC and ended up returning it because of the terribly noticeable slow response time (not noticeable with this Asus monitor). The construction is solid and the cover/stand is actually pretty good but I recommend getting a separate stand if you want more adjustability. The only real downside is the screen doesn't get really bright and it's a bit difficult to match the blue light filter with my laptops main display.
Probably would have got this instead if it was available at the time.
FYI. open box available for as low as 81.99 but none near me.

But curious, does anyone have experience with a touch screen portable monitor?
They are relatively expensive around 200-300. But I imagine they would be a great user experience and convient for tapping to browse on the touchscreen.
