I agree - I have 8 of those 72x24x48 that I got from a Staple deal a long time ago. 3 kids later - those 8 racks are still standing strong and are the reason that we can keep our house somewhat clean and organize.

Also, knowing Walmart - this rack will roll back down to $25 at some point soon. I would just wait if you don't have to get them right now.

Is indeed a very good price for these. Have many similar ones and they do come in handy.

Just a tip....measure the space you are using them for. A 48" rack is more expensive, but you can fit a lot more on it. If you have the space and it's for long term, get the bigger more expensive ones ( wow, who said that on SDs?). The difference in money spent will be well worth it in the long run.

You can generally find 48"W x 24" D x 72" H racks at a pretty decent deal for around $65-$75.

Yes, my son and I were just cleaning out our shed. I had lined some walls of it with racks I got on deals at least 10 years ago. Those racks were not as good as the OPs racks here, as the shelves are less adjustable.

When we looked at the shed/racks we realized it was such a mess because more than 1/2 the shelf space went completely unused as many items just don't fit on them ( well that and the buy too much stuff SD effect). BTW- Delbert McClinton has a great song titled, Too Much Stuff....worth a listen.

We ended up throwing a couple of racks out. The local metal recyclers got them before the garbagemen did.....know that as they left the particle board behind.

I wish I had just purchased the bigger more expensive ones in the first place. IMHO, racks are definitely in the buy it once and buy it right category. Learn from my living.

Bless you and your three kids. They do certainly increase the amount of stuff we have. A friend was just telling me that the day his son gets married and moves out is the same day he's bringing all his LEGO sets to his sons new place. Lol.

Haha - thanks! You just reminded me that we have had these racks for 10+ years now since our older kid just turned 11.
Our 8 racks are filled with clothes and toys for the kids. We have been giving a lot of stuffs away to friends and families the last 4-5 years since we decided 3 are enough Smilie somehow these racks never get even half empty at any point.

Love the Lego story - I have developed a love hate relationship with lego. Nothing worst than stepping on a lego piece first thing in the morning.

Thanks for the advice. I was just about to purchase 2 for our basement but I think I'll invest in the larger shelves. I bought one (Dx47"Wx72") a year ago and it has made our garage much more manageable.

You're welcome. If you have the space, definitely the bigger ones IMHO.

I do have spaces where 48" wide doesn't fit and the OPs are good for those spaces.

Can't you buy them and get the price adjusted once it drops further?

If it says "Tough" in the name/brand then you know it's anything but.

Wasn't this posted before? Why did this get bumped to the top? Needed more ad revenue?

That is a very slick deal for a good mid-size shelf rack. Not the best, but still very good. The best was that deal back in 2018 for the 82x48x18 with wheel kit for $45. We'll probably never see one as good as that again so I might as well go ahead and get one of these.
