I paid much more than $299 even on sale, i think it was $500ish- but that was delivered. Not that it made it any better as I still had to rent a thing to get it up the stairs

and while it makes the job feasible, it still is one hell of a workout to get it up residential stairs - especially with a turn in the middle platform
took me a good like 1-1.5 hrs doing it.
