So when the sale hit I ordered 2 R12's , 2 R263s and a pair of 162s. Pretty pleased at the time with my Elac center. After a few days of reading reviews I decided to pop on the RC263.
By that time it was backordered for delivery 12/23 which was about a month. Not too bad was my thinking, so why not?
Now with this continuing to drag out I'm beginning to have second thoughts about my decision

Placed RC263 order on 12/2.
Current Status Online: Backorder, expected in stock by Mon Dec 21 2020
I saw a pending charge from Harman earlier this week. Disappeared now.
Support telling me stock will be replenished in February.
Arghhh...

Chatted with Harman today. They said it's now expected to be in stock and I can either wait or get a refund now. I don't know if them offering a refund is a bad sign or not. I'm probably reading too much into this, but, but at this point I'm just bummed to have a different brand for my center and fronts, and having to wait with unknown ETA. arrg.

I received my RS152 last Tuesday finally, they never sent a new tracking number or gave me any additional info. Their customer service is very bizarre and awkward. No damage though on the speaker and I'm pleased big time with the surrounds. I mounted them on the wall and couldn't be happier!
