2020, and ends at 11:50 pm CT Monday, November 30, 2020 (the "Sweepstakes Entry Period").

1. Entering Via Twitter: During the Sweepstakes Entry Period, the @GoFooji Twitter
account will post a Call to Action post ("CTA Tweet"), inviting participants to enter the
Sweepstakes. @reply on the Twitter platform to @GoFooji with the emoji specified in the
CTA Tweet along with the hashtag #HelperMacAndCheeseSweepstakes ("Required
Hashtag"). You will then receive a link tweeted back to you that will take you to a
registration form, which must be completed in order to receive a sweepstakes entry.

2. Entering Via Instagram: During the Sweepstakes Entry Period, the @GoFooji Instagram
account will post a CTA, including the link to the registration page, inviting participants to
enter the Sweepstakes ("CTA Instagram Post"). Click the link posted to the Instagram bio
and/or swipe up on the Instagram Story and you will be redirected to the online registration
form, which must be completed in order to receive a sweepstakes entry.
Replying to the CTA Tweet, clicking the link posted the Instagram bio, and swiping
up on the CTA Instagram Story each considered a "Participation Action."

Prizes: There are one thousand (1,000) total prizes available in the Sweepstakes (each a
"Prize"). No more than the stated number of Prizes will be awarded. There are three (3) different Prize types (outlined below).
