Exactly what I was thinking. Many of us have been waiting for the big rebate from Costco but it doesn't look like they will bring it back for the iPhone 12 release

Why everyone is looking for tradein offers ? Bogo 540 off is even better right? Buy two phones for 1800+tax get 540 off add free line with byod get 200 gc without trading in anything u get 750 off
Can you please explain? I currently have 5 lines with Sprint and want to buy 2 new iphone 12s. What is the cheapest option? I thought the $540 off require a new line. Do you mean to add a line then cancel later? Thanks.

I don't think this person's math is right. The $200 Shop BYOD is not stackable with the BOGO.

Do you have to sign a contract for any minimum period?

They're having enough trouble keeping the inventory in stock. I really don't think they need a sale to satisfy the additional demand from the people WANT it at a big discount. Maybe in a month or two when Apple fixes some of its supply chain problems

Without the $200 BYOD, what is the cheapest option for me? Cheapest option I see is Costco's discounted MSRP. I am in desperate need to buy 2 ip12s. Thanks.

It could be because of the component shortage for the iPhone 12 series. Since the supply is lower, they aren't offering deals like last year. Of course, I think I got mine around Christmas Eve last year, so there is hope, but highly unlike IMO.

I am not with t-mobile now. So, it is possible to open a new line with BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) for a $200 shop card offer today, and a few days later buy an iPhone 12 Pro for the $450 w/ trade-in (to trade-in my iPhone XS)? So, this way I will get $200 + $450 = $650 off for the iPhone 12 Pro purchase?

I was thinking of that as well.
But for the XR and the iPhone 11 deals, Costco started them mid November.
I would have expected something for Black Friday at the very minimum.

I kind of don't want to let the 'free' iPhone 12 mini from tmobile get away but I was just hoping Costco would save us from bill credits.

Yeah, and I think they extended the iPhone 11 deals a few times into the first week or two of this year. I'm likely going to do the mini for my phone. Still looking at other deals for rest of family.

I think the person is keeping their phone and then using it as a BYOD device to add a new line and get the $200 Cash Card.

Can anyone confirm the in-store prices for the iPhone 12 listed in the wiki? That's not what they list online, but I know those prices aren't always the same.

What's in the wiki:
iPhone 12 64GB: $746.99
iPhone 12 128GB: $791.99

So it looks like we won't be getting those big rebates from Costco/T-Mobile anymore. The iPhone 8 and xr isn't even in the top tier for trade in.

Looks like the 24 month T-Mobile bill credits for the 'free' mini when trading the 8 is the best if you are staying with T-Mobile.
I just talked to T-Mobile and they are only offering $415 for an 8 trade in, so it isn't free.
