As a slickdealer, I think you know you the answer- cancel the Saturday order and reorder. We're talking about an extra 5% CB here!
If you have a Dell Preferred Account you can get an additional 5% off (Put in code DPA5). This also qualifies for the Amex Offer so an additional 10% back with that. You can split payment between DPA and Amex with only $1 going to DPA and the rest going to Amex.

$800
-$40 DPP
-$80 Amex Offer
-$120 Rtuken
--------
$560

Slam dunk
This is a great deal, the processer isn't there most remarkable but cheapest 2060 system in a while!

"Dell Consumer did not provide Cash Back for this purchase."
Well, clearly going to try to cancel now. What a sham

edit. tried contacting both raku and dell about my missing cash back. raku won't even respond and dell tells me to talk to raku. dell offered me a $71 credit after the order is shipped, so that's fine, like 8% cash back, that makes the deal good enough for me to not cancel. maybe if raku actually gets back to me I can still also get the $120, very much doubt it.

edit 2. they offered the credit for the delay I believe, not the missing cash back, so try haggling them if yours is delayed, you'll probably get a similar offer. Went through their chat system

My order is one of the ones that expects to arrive by 1/7 with an updated ship of 12/30. Just saw the change from Confirmed to In Production. Let's see what ends up happening.

Update: The money from R was transferred to paypal. Looking like it will work out.

My order went to production yesterday and shipped today. It seems I will get it before Christmas rafter all. and Rk10 came through with CB. So I was able to stack all the discounts:

$800-$40 DPA-$76 Amex offer -$114 CB-$65 dell customer care for being delayed= $505 + tax on $684
pretty good deal when is all done.

Does anyone know what the brand of the ram is that comes in this machine if you get the 1x16gb version? Also the timings if you happen to have that as well.

CPU-Z is telling me it's Crucial part number CT16G4DFRA266.C8FE. If I'm looking at this right I believe the timing is 17-17-17-39

before it even arrived I bought "Crucial RAM 16GB DDR4 2666 MHz CL19 Desktop Memory CT16G4DFRA266" on amazon on sale for $40. Appears that this should be the matching part, but CPU-Z tells me that what actually came was an SK Hynix 3200 MHz, part number HMA82GU6DJR8N-XN

Don't know if it's good that I got a higher speed or bad that it's not the matching part, I don't think this processor supports 3200 anyway. Memory is running at 2400MHZ, research tells me is normal and to get 2666 I have to change the xmp profile or something or other, whatever that means

anyway, still no cashback from raku, they finally responded to my emails and said that they'll contact dell to verify the order and it'll take 10 to 45 business days to even hear back from dell, not really expecting to get the cash back.

Mine shipped earlier than expected (after it was delayed). Anyway it's up and running and it's much quieter than I expected considering the lack of fans.

I think it's YMMV on the credit. The support contact gave me 50, the others on this thread 60 and 79.
