It can take awhile if your unlucky.It took me about 10 tries.Just keep trying,you'll eventually get one.

They give you a couple of days to pick it up, if you don't, they refund you the amount, there's no charge back on shipping.

you will get an email to pick up the item, it should tell you the last day you can pick it up before getting refunded.
