What Do I Need To Do To Get This Offer?
  • This is a targeted offer from T-Mobile and is only open to select existing customers that meet the following requirement:
    • You must have a qualifying T-Mobile postpaid plan with 2 or more lines that falls under one of the following SOC Codes shown in this image (see instructions below on how to find your SOC code).
      • SOC (Service Order Code): The technical term used to describe plans and services that are added to customers' accounts within T-Mobile's billing systems.
    • If you are certain you qualify, login to your account below and:
    • Alternatively, you may call T-Mobile and a representative can assist you with adding your 3rd line.
      • If calling, promotion name is "2020 Line On Us 4".
Instructions to find your SOC code (thanks to Reddit user massiveprodigy):
  1. Using the Google Chrome web browser (desktop version), open the Developer tools panel on the right (Ctrl+Shift+I)
  2. Click on Network tab
  3. Click on XHR tab
  4. Log in my.t-Mobile.com and click Account at the top.
  5. In developer tools panel, choose manageaccount from the list on the left
  6. Account level promos will appear under accountDiscounts
  7. Line level features will appear under lines > # > addOns
  8. If there is a pending change, you can see exactly what it is by clicking productsPendingChange

If you look at rate plan it discounts the increase in price. Mine just duplicated the LOU3 which according to Tforce should be resolved within 24hrs. If not will just have them change to code to LOU 4...does anyone have that code #

Me too, the agent just told me it was canceling the order due to system issues, however, if it is a paid line, they have no issues..... weird.

Just called and took advantage of this. Paid the one time fee for the SIM card. Said it will ship within 48 hours on two day shipping to my home. Also this is the third line free we currently have on our account so it can be combined w other offers.

Anyone have success with TIUNL2? If I try, and it didn't end up free, will canceling screw up free line on us 2020 2 & 3?

I'm curious why you are discouraging people from doing both. I did the promo last time through Costco and submitted the $100 BYOD rebate. My free line showed as free on my account right away. I was denied the $100 rebate but called their promotions department and after review the rep said I should have been qualified and manually approved my rebate. I feel that worst case is you get denied but if you don't submit rebate you will not get it so why not go for it?

just did the promo...got the text..discount shows up on my account as doubled Free Line on us 3 instead of Free Line on Us 4...The agent who added the line said he has added notes to my account with link to this current offer and code etc incase there are any issues in future..He said that this will get corrected eventually in their system as there can't be 2 lines sharing the same promo and assured me the line on us 3 and line on us 4 are separate promos and both stack and if we add a line today the free line discount will stick...
