For chocolate cookie/brownie mixes Ghirardelli is the best.

Horrible product?? I must disagree! Maybe the key is baking in the oven? I've tried them all (thanks to Slickdeals). Here's a list of my preference:
1. Oatmeal Chocolate Chip (Holy shite - I live in a condo and when I baked this I can hear comments of longing from everyone who walks by my door! LOL THIS is amazing.
2. This double chocolate on sale - pretty good while still warm from the oven and with ice cream it would probably be delish!
3. Sugar - Eh - I'll probably never buy this one again.
4. Chocolate Chip - won't be buying this one again.
