Great cooler but the $129 original price is silly.

Just something to be aware of (if this is like the Dewalt Tstak version) the handle is in its lowest position in the pic. Top of it is about 25" in height when retracted ... which means it doesn't fit under my bed cover on a Silverado 1500. The Dewalt version is a good cooler, but the handle height keeps me from using it more. If you don't care about stacking tool cases, I'd probably get a different cooler. Good deal, OP.

TLDR: Try doing it from a computer
The key is to first login to Lowe's on your phone, and then accept the delay prompts. You won't be asked to verify anything, sent a txt message, etc.

I got the accept delay email and I accepted it online. I will be calling tomorrow and will speak with a real person and tell them I accept the backorder delay.

I also have the wrong number as my accept delay code. I called a real person and he said it "looks" like it was already accepted. I'm assuming he got it wrong because I got the second email after doing nothing to accept. I will try the pc method like above states.

I've gotten three emails for the delay order acceptance, once a day for the past 3 days and I've accepted every one of them and received confirmation of acceptance for each.

my cooler is delayed and the toolbox i bought to go on top of it is ready for pick up when both were supposed to be shipped

additionally lowes is charging my credit card daily with temporary authorizations for the pick up item

they're such a shit show - i should just give up trying to get slickdeals from them - i've never had luck

I finally called Lowe's after the text chat was useless. After some 30 min. of hold times (not an exaggeration), the CSR said there's a note today that the item will be canceled. She then said she'll check other stores for the cooler and was like "Wow, you got a great price on it!" laugh out loud Oh well.

Not for nothing but apparently these were like $32 around Black Friday. Before I placed my order I watched a Youtube video of some guy bragging about the price and how he grabbed the last 3 at his Lowe's

my order was also on backorder like many others but did not get an email updating me when it would be back in stock like others, I also did not get any emails about accepting delays but just now got a item shipped email so hopefully everyone else will start getting the same email. I ordered mine on the 9th at 9:30 pm so it may also matter when you placed your order.

I ordered one for pickup at my local Lowes and I just received notification that it is ready for pickup. So it looks like at least some will come through. I ordered shortly after this deal was posted.

I called them and the lady had no clue what was going on...said they had 150 in stock but non showing as backordered. She said they were fixing the issue but we'll see! Had to call because the store messed up my order when I took one off the sales floor. They only had 1 in stock locally but I ordered 3. Hoping to get the others, but at least I have 1 for sure. Fingerscrossed
