A must read for any Sci-fi fan. Bradbury was so forward looking. The Martian Chronicles were written 70 years ago and still read well. Thanks OP, a great find.

I remember reading the Martian Chronicles. A bit creepy and unusual, but I still enjoyed it.

I've got a lot of these on various platforms, but all of them for only $2 is pretty tempting.

Bradbury was from the same town in Illinois (Waukegan) as I. He used memories from his childhood as a setting for several works, you can walk around and see some of places that he describes in his stories.

He came back a few times for various charities and fundraisers and I had the chance to meet him a couple times. Unlike some authors, he was very outgoing and sociable, seemed like the kind of guy, you could sit and talk with for hours in a coffee shop.

Some of his stories were adapted for radio and you can listen to them using one of the Old Time Radio apps. Dimension X. Great stuff.

There's no proof Shakespeare was even a real person, likely John Dee or Francis Bacon.
