Most will spend $10 worth of time trying to save .75 cents or so.
Prefer the Wendy's or BK app always have something worth $3+ free when spending just a buck.
It's cause and effect. The 80s and 90s created our current situation, whether you like it or not. It's all part of the timeline. The human civilization will peak when we realize that we're not as great as we think we are, as individuals and as a species.
When McDonald's had a spat with Heinz and moved to their own blend, that's when the suckage began.

One was able to show up at an airport without a booking, 15 minutes before a Flight would depart (People's Express), walk onto the plane, plane would take off, IN THE AIR, a stewardess would come around and ask for IDs and payment for the flight. One time i just had a expired college library card without a photo. they accepted that ID
Before one walked on the plane, they would take your name and addrress, but did not cjeck IDs at that point. Also, you did not need a ticket to get on the plane. You bought a ticket when the plane was in route
