Same thing for me. Depending how much you're spending, 10% CB still might be better. In my case, it's about $11 difference vs. $25 cash back.

I got it all to work with Perks At Work. I logged out of my samsung account, then logged into my Perks At work, which has the same e-mail as my Samsung account. Clicked the pre-order S21 in that page and it asked me to log into samsung when I went to add everything to the cart. Don't know if Save @ Work is the same. I was even able to use a referral code after that. I had never ordered a phone with this samsung account.

I tried but they said carrier promotion can change anytime and ask me to contact carrier.

Then continue your phone search! There are plenty of manufacturers out there. Clearly, Samsung took a look at the things their users want the most vs. the things that were nice to have for the 2021 model to bring down prices to be more accessible.

Its equally annoying reading the thread about the deal and getting the best price for the people who are interested while the same handful of people keep trying to share why they don't like the product. Okay great, we got you the first time. Check out what Nokia has for fire hot deals.
