It's hard to keep track of all of these Echelon models, but I'm assuming this is similar to the $497 Walmart Connect Sport model but with a screen. I would rather save the $300 and use my own tablet that is not locked down. I finally pulled the trigger and bought the Echelon Amazon model for $400 from eBay last week.

Was going to do the Costco deal but I am leaning towards this one as it is cheaper. Though the Costco one comes with a year of classes I plan on doing free pelaton classes with my Sapphire card.

I agree but for those that want a screen it seems like a better option then the Costco deal.

Not sure how this is preferable over just getting a $150 Samsung galaxy tablet or a cheap ipad. I guess for senior citizens or something who can't download the Peloton app.

I agree but there was so much hype over a similar deal at Costco for $200 more I figured I will post this deal for those that are interested.

big difference is the costco return period vs sams club.
However regardless the integrated tablet is probably not the most ideal situation until they are fully unlocked.

I would think the only ones interested in these deals are non tech savvy who just want attached screen without the hassle of connecing a tablet.

I've been seeing that deal and was skeptical. But to your point all these Echelon models are confusing as hayle.

If I remember correctly, the main difference between this and Costco one are flywheel weight (Costco one is double the weight), spd compatible cage pedal, dumbbell holder, cup holder. I feel just the weight alone felt dramatically different enough to spurge.

I went with the $400 one but if I see that I really use it then I will consider splurging

Costco model is now 799. It's a better model than this. The flywheel is better ( per reviews).

You need to aware that if you have no internet or the echelon server down for any reason, the echelon bike is useless. At least this is the case for EX4S.

The class is limited as well.
