NOTE: The 'Schenker XMG' is the same computer as this. "Whitebook" is an indication of this being an Intel reference model, with the laptop in that review being the same one as the OP's deal, just with a different reseller/name.

So any vendor can purchase whitebook from Intel, install RAM/SSD and sell it.
If it has 32GB RAM and 512GB SSD, it is a good deal.
For CPU intensive work, undervolting helps a lot. Otherwise, yes it runs pretty hot.

Good price, but I would wait for 3060 which should performs better with lower temp.
This is the tongfang-qc7 chassis that Intel designed and has re-branded under different companies...XMG Fusion 15, Eluktronics MAG-15, Aftershock (something), Tracer EVO 400 (cyberpowerpc model) and several others.
I bought the Eluktronics Mag-15 with a 1660Ti and a 1TB drive but otherwise identical specs for $1400 just a few days ago and it arrives today...For personal reasons, I can't wait any longer on a laptop otherwise I'd send mine back and get this because the 2070 is around 10-20% better than the 1660Ti in performance alone (plus ray tracing and other technology) so it's a great trade off for the smaller drive storage which can be upgraded cheaply and easily (two slots for NVMe drives and one is open)
