The TV isn't fully equipped with the 2.1 hdmi spec. Only 2.0. It can't do 4k 120 mhz (ps5 or xbox sx performance mode). Could support 1440p or 1080p 120 if the console does. (ps5 doesn't support 1440 at all.) No tv under a grand can.

I was able to snag this before it went out of stock and it shipped out a few days ago. Was watching the tracking and 1 state away it turned around and started going back to where it originated. Am I correct to assume they probably damaged it? The worst part is them taunting me with text updates with delivery information for something that isn't even coming to me anymore. [sigh] They have since refunded my money. So close...

1080@120 no problem for PS5. 4k60 and there's only like 1 or 2 games doing 120/4K that, at reduced graphic levels. 120/4K is over blown.

It's not really a sale but ithe 2020 65 inch version is or was $899 my 2018 65 inch version went out and the warranty company hooked me up. It's a huge improvement over the 2018 65 tcl 6 series r17 model. Not that r17 is bad because I still have one but r635 is way better.

Edit just checked and bestbuy has raised the price from 899 for 65 inch version to 949.

Got one from best buy @ $700... I have 45 days to price match. Hopefully it goes on sale again.

TV looks great. The only thing is picture adjustment settings for apps are not intuitive. You have to be PLAYING a show in the app then hit the star button on the remote. If you are only in the app menu the star button does nothing...
