We had an issue where it took a driver 1.5 hours to drop off food. We saw her just stop at a target and not move for over an hour before finally heading our way. We contacted uberats and said we no longer wanted the food since it was just sitting. They said no problem, but then the driver delivered it and ubereats absolutely refused to honor their word that we could just cancel it. Any time I just contacting them, they would just immediately cancel the chat before a word was exchanged. Good on them for losing a customer over a $30 bill

They were at the southlake store but got cleaned out in about a month.
now, can anyone explain why uber taxi from airport cost x2 thna lyft?
or twice of coming into airport, same trip?

I saw them in the warehouse (Fremont) last few weeks but last time I asked and they said sold out and won't be restocked. Was hoping to pick up some more.
