I buy these year after year and after 2 yrs they start cracking no matter how thick i buy.

So this year I bought some heavy duty plexiglass like thing on amazon. Hoping it will last much longer

I don't think it's a good deal because it's made out of vinyl. If you want one that lasts, look into polycarbonate.

Regarding warranty, Sams will take care of any issues up to a year and then after that you have to contact the manufacturer. This item comes with a manufacturer's limited "No Crack Mat" warranty.
