No. It's a psychological exploit that has been successfully induced into our society. There is no significant upgrade in any modern phone over the course of a single generation outside of disruptive phones like folding screens, etc

Did they give you $200 code or they will PM after the item ships? If latter, they may come back and say that the price was the same. So getting the code is a better option.

If you trade in an S20 Ultra for a Note 20 Ultra you're NUTS! I had the Note 20 Ultra and it's garbage... Horrible battery life. Maybe I had a dud but I sold my Note 20 Ultra and grabbed an S20 Ultra and never looked back.
