Seems like Samsung changed the trade-in partner from Ingram Micro to Hyla Mobile. Might have figured all issues with IM. I hope it's better now.

I contacted samsung online chat for Price Match yesterday and they submitted request to concerned department. Contacted them again today to check the status and was told that the Price match request will be reviewed on Monday. My device is getting delivered on Monday. If at all Price Match does not get accepted, what is the best way to return the device? Does samsung charge return shipping or restocking fees?

Finally got a shipping notification on my order. Ordered on 2/15, shipment information sent to FedEx on 2/26, got the email notification today now that there has been movement with the tracking. Scheduled delivery is this Tues, March 2 with FedEx 2 Day.

Go all the way to the end, the final page before you place order, then go back several pages all the way to before the beginning of the application and it shows the your order page with a promo code box. After entering it took me back to the final page. That's what worked for me
