I dropped K cups maybe 1.5 years ago after using them my entire adult life (10 years). I was hesitant to switch because of how easy K cups were, but I didn't like all the plastic involved. I tried the reusable cups but they were a pain, IMO. Anyways, I bit the bullet and bought a ninja brewer, and I haven't had any regrets. The convenience of having a cup with a press of a button was nice, but it is super easy to make a cup in a brewer. Not only is it better for the environment, but I've found the coffee tastes better, too. Instead of making a K cup in the morning, I find myself using the auto brew feature and making the coffee the night before.
Just throwing out my experience for anyone that has been on the fence. Happy Sunday, all! 🙏
