As I said earlier, they are working overnight trying to stop the bleeding
BUT HERE'S THE THING! I already received my flip 5g phone!!! The accessories never shipped yet. I really wanted those accessories like Buds Live to offset the cost of the phone. So are they going to refund the full cost? I doubt it. The email listed the phone as 1 of the items cancelled.
On my Orders page, the phone is listed as Delivered but also said cancelled on 3/9/2021.
I was actually thinking about returning the phone because I didn't really need it but now I don't even have a "return" button on my Orders page.
I guess i will monitor if I get refund or not.
Update: On my Chase credit card, I neither see a payment for this nor a refund. I see a pending charge for the Note20 Ultra that hasn't been cancelled or shipped.
