Have these and highly recommend. A little more expensive, but appear to be one of the more popular ones on Amazon. Also 120 LED vs 28 LED for ones listed here.

I must have gotten a bum batch because these only lasted a few months for me before they stopped working.
just look around on amazon, there are better lights with bigger solar panel and more leds. dont look for single lights, good deals are on multiple packs.

they are all the same, so buy the cheapest one. expect them to last 1 year in outdoor weather, and then you buy new ones next year.
if they are on all night, they wont last long, as they need 6-7 hours direct sunlight daily. however if you set them to turn on only when motion, then you will have lights working all night, all year round(still need the direct sunlight but less hours will be fine)

I had a set of these. The batteries blew up after 2 weeks. Heard a loud pop and the rechargeable battery had literally blown up inside the unit.

I have 4 of these on the house going strong after 3 years. It's shady on east side from 11am till dusk so not a lot of sun but enough that the lights are working nice and bright!

What are the modes on this? I like the ones that can stay dim then light up bright.

12.99 in Nov 2020. Works well, except one of the lights keeps having false motion and turns on.

Got a 4 pack last time they were on sale and 1 didn't work out of the box. I reached out to every customer support I could find and got no response

Recently ordered and 1 of the lights did not work. Tried to reach out to seller and the email could not be delivered. Amazon offered partial refund. Looks like the seller is trying to exit US market or setting up another store front.

I got 8 of these lights around my home and they worked perfectly from day 1. They're reasonably bright and has already been running for 3 years. Some of you might have gotten a defective light, but I'm sure Amazon will take care of you.

I have four dogs and a large fenced in yard, with a copse of Cypress trees (makes it pretty dark evenings/nights).

I just placed my 3rd order of a 4 pack of these maybe 2 months ago, they have been fantastic. I got the first 4 almost 6 years ago. I have had one stop working, I'll take 1 out of 12 as a dud for this price, and that one still worked for a couple years so not really a loss in my book.

It's wonderful as I can see exactly where my dogs are wandering around the property, and can see when skunks, rabbits and other wildlife is wandering about at night, so I know not to send the dogs out.

I love them, and while I can't speak for everybody's experience, I will recommend these to any/everyone I know looking for motion sensing lighting solutions without running wiring.

As an afterthought: They're not absurdly bright, but they're not dim either, they certainly provide plenty of lighting if placed well.

These are good solar powered LED lights.

However this item was available for $12.99 on November 4, 2020 on slickdeals when I purchased set of 4.

So this price is NOT a slickdeal.

Quote from workerant :
IMO quality is not so great (material). Got these awhile back and I think only 2 left that is in working order after 3 or 4 years. I bought 3 of these so that's 4 x 3.

I think the worst part in this item is the solar panel. It get fog up and one of them the water got in through the wiring part of the solar. Damaging the solar panel so bad it split inside.

To me, I want to buy things that last close to forever as possible.

Amazon block all my reviews so can't say anything nor post the picture of the damage parts.
These are IP65 water resistant which means they sprayed it with a low pressure hose then took it apart to see if the electronics got wet. It doesn't measure prolonged exposure to water. Ideally, you'd have these under a slight overhang so they only get the occasional mist on them when it rains but still able to be exposed to the sun. Plus, you'll never find anything with Li+ batteries that "last close to forever" because batteries do not last forever and anything plastic that is exposed to UV light will eventually deteriorate
