I've always admired the design on these, but couldn't get behind the price. But with Costco's unbeatable guarantee, might be worth giving it a shot.
I've been using it every day for a quarter of a century...the seat is beginning to get worn, but it's been one of the best purchases of my life.

Aeron is a wonderful chair for office work - you sit flat, feet planted firmly on the ground, great lower back support, etc. It looks like an office chair - very utilitarian, and would not look at home in a living room.
Sitting in the lounge chair has been described as if sitting in an old baseball glove. I can confirm, easily the most comfortable chair I've sat in. It's my favorite seat in the LR - both functional and beautiful. However it doesn't have modern ergonomic features, and is way too low to use as an office chair. If you enjoyed lounging in a bean bag as a kid, this would be a similar body position.
Main thing though--does it curve inward at the lower back (lordosis)?
Imagine thinking that being from BFE means you know furniture, only to prove you absolutely know nothing about furniture within the same paragraph.

Looks like a nice chair though, just not for my income bracket.
