1. Cap1 allows only 2 personal cards & 2 business cards (but a few have extra grandfathered in) & co-branded cards do not count
2. Cap1 pulls from ALL 3 bureaus at each time for each application (3 pulls per application & averages them out!)
3. need at least 720-740+ mininum FICO according to data points from last several years (but other factors such as too high balances or too many inquiries in past year can cause rejection).. do not know of this year's mininum
so if you are APPROVED; please list your FICO score that got approved
&
how many new cards you got in the past 2 years because there is rumor that Savor cards have a 5/24 rule similar to Chase (ie; must be under 5 new credit card accounts in past 24 months)
Signed up previously with the $250 offer and was instantly approved. After receiving the card and using it for a week, they restricted my card because they had to verify my income. I had to e-sign an IRS form 4506-T for them to check my 2019 tax Return. After that, it took two weeks for them to verify and remove the restriction. They seem so strict compared to other credit card companies @.@

Can vouch for this. Applied last time it hit FP and got approved. Charged the $500+ within 6 weeks and they gave me the $200 in bonus points immediately!
does Capital One have a limit on how many of their own credit card that you can have?
I already have two other cards from them... just wondering if applying for a third one will be accepted?
also.... does Capital One consider Walmart and Target to be "grocery stores" for the cash back purpose? lately, I buy my groceries from those two places only.(milk, bread, eggs, cereals, vegetables, etc)

The smaller Walmart Neighborhood stores count as grocery stores. The large Big Box stores do not.
I signed up for this card 3 weeks ago and there was a $250 bonus at that time, you might look around for the $250 link somewhere. It may be expired now. I got my $250 credit already.
Capitol One is very conservative though so, they issue denials very easily.

Took about 2 minutes to apply and get approved. I was able to link the card to my existing Capital One account and get my virtual card number instantly! I have added it to my Amazon and PayPal but haven't made a purchase yet, will update you if it goes through with the virtual number. Thanks OP!
Edit: still waiting for my card, but I was able to make a purchase on Newegg yesterday using the virtual card number!

I have 2 cards from them including Walmart card. They are really conservative so buyer beware!
What counts as a grocery store? A supermarket, meat locker, freezer, dairy product store and specialty market. Excludes superstores like Walmart® and Target®
