It's all about the footprint of the box. The 52ct is a cube and the 120ct is a rectangle. The irony is you can fit 2 cubes in the same footprint as the the rectangle...

Really hoping to see Kleenex Cool Touch to return to wider distribution, but at this point I can't tell if it has just been discontinued and the remaining availability is just the last of whatever stock was previously produced.
