Monoprice via Target also has select Monolith by Monoprice THX Ultra Certified Subwoofers on sale listed below. Shipping is free.
Sonos would get its ass handed to it by one of these.
Idk how it's poor. Anyone I've read needing a replacement has gotten one. It's a 5 year warranty. Both of my 15"s are perfect.
Edit: what could the Monolith elves be making!? https://mobile.twitter.com/monopr...4509663232
TIL that Target sells Monoprice subs

Correct, and both are sold and shipped by monoprice. But if you have a red card, there's no reason to buy from mono. Even if no red card, target it's still easier to return in case you don't like it. unless you don't pay tax if buying from mono.
I was waiting for a deal like this, but I just got the new SVS PB-1000 Pro instead for $599. Has a 12" driver with similar frequency response compared to the Monolith 12, but a little less power (325W RMS vs 500W). The SVS can be customized over bluetooth. Also, you can save 5% when you buy two (which I did) and there was no tax for me.

These perform well by every metric, much better than SVS (overpriced for what you get). However, if you read the forums you'll see there's issues with the plate amp failing, requiring shipping the entire sub back rather than Monoprice shipping a new plate amp. Also, customer service is poor overall.

I'd still stick to PSA, HSU or Rythmik.

I agree with everything you said accept HSU. In my research their QOA isn't that great and the 1 person they have answering the phones is not the best either. They don't stand behind their products failing. I researched the crap out of subwoofers for home theater for a year before I pulled the trigger. In the end i narrowed it down to monoprice or rythmik. But decided to do Diy cuz I'm cheap. Diy is best bang for you $ if you haveva little know how

I have a 10 too and love it but I feel it lacks low end punch. Do you feel the same? Thinking of going with 15.
