FWIW, I purchased several various sizes of these OXO POP containers from Bed Bath & Beyond, building a collection a single container at a time as the BB&B "20% off any single item" coupons arrived in my mailbox. I was very satisfied with the ones that I purchased.

I later found a set of OXO POP containers on sale at Costco and purchased it, since that would add enough containers to my collection to meet my needs.

I quickly noticed that the set purchased from Costco had much thinner plastic, at least for the main container section, than the ones that I purchased from BB&B.

So be aware that OXO may be making separate lines of these containers at different price (and quality) points depending upon the intended sales channel for the product.

I'm still happy that I have them, but I do wish that the Costco set was as sturdy as the ones that I purchased originally from BB&B.

I believe it's the difference between the softworks line vs good grips. Good grips is thicker.

Beware. It cracks so easily. I broke one and purchased another one. It is cracked on arrival already.

I agree! I'm very disappointed. I have no complaints about cracks, but I bought two sets of Oxo with the pop lids and the lids do not securely tighten down. Very little suction and can easily be wiggled off. I purchased a different brand / set from Sam's Club for $20 and I love the suction on them. I would recommend them over Oxo. And the Oxo brown sugar disc does not work.
