Warning for people who get the MyCoffee+ program and plan to change at the end of 3 months: their definition of "month" is 30 days. So that means that if you sign up on 3/29, your subscription will be billed on 6/27, since there are 31 days in March and May. And they will not refund you once they've billed you.

It's extremely frustrating, because I've never heard of anyone else who calculates monthly subscriptions like this, where your billing date drifts throughout the year depending on the month.

I really wanted to like the coffee subscription, but I wish they would prepare it with the fixins. Whenever I ordered, I would choose cream and sugar, and just receive sugar packets and cream packs. On my way to work, I don't wanna fumble mixing it in my car.

Did they let you pickup all 5 pizzas? Whenever I try something like that there's a chance they hold your order behind the counter then you get a talk with manager. They usually said only this time for me or you only get one offer.

That's also how prepaid phone providers calculate 1 year = 12 months = 360 days. They are not alone but they should have said 90 days instead of 3 months.

I agree. Beware. I canceled my subscription before it was scheduled to auto renew but my cc was charged anyway 3 days later.
I called customer service and they did nothing. I put in a dispute with my cc.

Just FYI, the free 3 months coffee subscription offer is constantly on Panera's Facebook posts. I had it for a full 3 months and then canceled and signed up again at no cost.

Maybe it's my store here but I order curbside rapid pickup (not in store at all) and they make it exactly the way I design.
