It's 5 for $10 in Hawaii. Went to two different Arby's in Oahu, and both told me that.

That's a normal deal they run. The 5 for $5 is a one day promotion. Unfortunately, my local staff never knows about any one time promotions like this. Facebook message Arby's about it and you might get some sort of resolution but don't hold your breath as they work with the local staff to send you something. I contacted them and it was literally months before local did anything. Arby's corporate had messaged back is the only reason. I had forgotten entirely about it.

Went at 11:45 am. Line was too long.

Just went at 5:45 pm. No long line and they did not even ask for the coupon.

I can attest that the email never comes in Cleveland ZIP code. However, just show the picture in OP's post. They were slightly hesitant at first but they honored it.

Deal worked In Tacoma, WA. Store was drive through only. All I did was ask if they were participating in the promo, and they gave it to me. Didn't have to show anything.

I did get the email though. There was no code on it in this area. It just said to show cashier the email.
