Thank you for the advice. Unfortunately I'm an accountant.

My daughter has the white wireless one. Actually really good for the price, certainly better than any membrane keyboard that you'd typically get at this price. The brown switches, while not Cherry, still feel pretty good. Space bar is pretty loud though, and the sound won't please mech keyboard snobs, but that's really my only complaint. Works wirelessly, or plugged-in.

Does this keyboard have a noticeable ringing noise (in addition to normal mechanical clacks).

My bro is using the regular black cabled one for a couple of years and it has been great. Not fancy like the rgb ones which i prefer, and not too loud to annoy your teammates. I have blue switches and all my friends keep. complaining. So basically it has the tactical bump without the loudness. One thing i did not like was how thin the text on the keycaps. Certainly limits the brightness of the keys.

Unless what you do involves typing a lot of numbers (say you're an accountant, or spend all day in spreadsheets), a TKL (tenkey-less) keyboard is better. They take less desk space and allow your keyboard and mouse hands a more natural position. Also better for gaming, helping reduce running your mouse into your keyboard during frantic sessions. I switched years ago, and wouldn't ever go back (unless I suddenly become an accountant, which is highly unlikely).

Cheapest I have seen a keyboard with brown switches for a while. I'm looking for red switches myself though.

On the spacebar it does. Haven't tried to do any mods to it, since it's my daughters and she doesn't type a whole lot, mostly gaming. I did play some Apex on it, and found it to work pretty well for that.
It's certainly not as nice as my Leopold with Cherry browns, but I considered it a good deal even at the $50 I paid for it, so at this price, it's an even better deal.

TKL for home use and full size for work. Not an accountant, but a numbers pad is convenient to have. I switch them once a year to do taxes. Been doing WFH before it was fashionable, so blue switches on my work keyboard.

Tried TKL - can't get used to it. I like having num pad for IP address I have to type multiple times a day. So num pad is not just for accountants.

How does this compare to Redragon brand with red switches?
